Squatting is the unauthorized occupation of an uninhabited constructing or land. Squatters could also be people or teams who don’t have any authorized proper to occupy the property. They could have entered the property illegally or could have stayed past the expiration of a lease or license.
Reporting squatters is necessary to guard the rights of property homeowners and to stop squatters from gaining authorized rights to the property. In most jurisdictions, squatters can purchase authorized rights to a property in the event that they occupy it for a sure time period. This is named adversarial possession.
